Dr. Dan Carfrey of Appalachian Bible College has written a new book, “The Mysterious Disappearance: Why the Pre Tribulation Rapture is a Fundamental Doctrine of Bible Prophecy”. In this short volume, Dr. Carfrey takes the reader through the Scriptures that present a Pre-Tribulation Rapture viewpoint, gives an alternative view on how the events on earth take place after the Rapture occurs, delivers an overview of the Book of Revelation, presents Paul’s defense of the Rapture and finishes with the comfort that the Rapture brings to the Church.
Dr. Carfrey’s book is thought-provoking, full of Scripture and delivers a strong evangelistic appeal. At times though, this book is confusing, but that confusion is washed away through charts found at the end of several chapters.
Christians that enjoy learning about prophecy will enjoy this book and those that enjoy debating future events will welcome this book into their library.
